Items will be shipped within the time frame specified on the listing's Shipping section. Zen Fox Studio provides tracking numbers so you will have an estimate when your purchase will arrive. Delivery Dates are Not Guaranteed. Please check your email for Purchase Confirmation information and Processing Time. Processing time is in Business Days and excludes weekends. If an item is ordered Friday, the first business day is Monday.

Shipping is calculated for multiple item orders. Shipping Overages are Refunded once the item ships. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding the shipping cost for a multiple item order.

Large packages or packages containing orders over $50 will require Signature Confirmation.

Zen Fox Studio ships items via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail depending on weight and size of the package. Items will typically arrive between 2-12 days of being shipped. During the Holiday Season, Packages may take 14+ days to arrive after shipping. Packages may be stuck In Transit because of severe delays in the postal system due to an increase in mail volume paired with the pandemic. If an item is needed by a specific date, please message me Before ordering to ensure that I can accommodate your request.

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct when placing your order. The address provided to Zen Fox Studio by Etsy will be used when the payment is processed unless told otherwise. If the address is incorrect, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping charges.

If package is Returned to Sender because of insufficient or incorrect address, and customer requests a refund rather than reshipping, customer will be refunded item price minus the cost of shipping.

Zen Fox Studio is Not Responsible for Missing or Stolen packages if tracking shows Delivered. It is the responsibility of the customer to first check with their family members, neighbors, postal carrier, and post office for the package. If you have concerns of package theft, please contact me to purchase Signature Confirmation or Insurance. Customers are responsible for providing an address to a secured location for packages.

Delivery times are Not Guaranteed. Due to increased volume of mail during the holiday season, Zen Fox Studio cannot be held responsible for a package once it has been accepted by the USPS.

If there are any issues with your order, please contact me upon receipt.

If an order arrives damaged, please contact me upon receipt. Send clear pictures of the damaged item and I will work with you to decide the next step such as sending a replacement, issuing a partial refund, or accepting a return of the item.

For shipping issues at fault of the post office, such as lost in transit, etc., it is the responsibility of the customer to first check with their postal carrier and post office. After 15 days, once USPS allows a claim to be made, Zen Fox Studio will file a claim with USPS and decide with the customer the next step. Refunds will be made at 5 weeks after the ship date, in order to allow time for the Lost package to show up.

International Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. It is the buyers responsibility to know the laws of their own country and that Zen Fox Studio is not responsible for delays due to customs. If package is refused by the buyer or not picked up from the post office and returned, the original item's cost will be refunded to the buyer once the package has been received by the seller. Buyer will only receive a refund for the item price and will not receive a refund for the shipping cost.

Please contact me BEFORE placing your order if it is needed by a specific date to ensure that I can accommodate your request or to purchase Expedited Shipping. Please be aware that most items are Made to Order and there may be orders ahead of yours, especially during the holidays. End of November and during December, packages may take 12+ Days to arrive once shipped. If an order is placed with a note stating the item is need by a specific date, Zen Fox Studio reserves the right to contact you and Cancel the order within 24 hours if it will not arrive in time. Please contact me before placing an order if you would like to Rush your order for an additional fee.
